I suggest you avoid this location if you can.
Staff is unhelpful and rude.
Being ignored when asked a simple question is not the way to treat a customer. If the employee did not know if they had any more flats of water then say so. Do not just walk away.

If a till opens up , customers next in line should have the opportunity to go to that till , the cashier should not wave other customers to it.

When at a till I expect to be treated with decency , not ignored.
No "hello" or "have a nice evening"....Nothing.
The cashier didn't even ask me if I had a Scene card , luckily I know I can use one there so I held it out to him to scan. He still didn't say anything.

From my experience , I feel the employees simply do not want to be there.

Prices in store are ok for mediocre produce.
They had no cucumbers and the asparagus was limp and dieing , the one flat of water I found had one bottle leaking. Celery browning on the ends.

The security guard follows me around like a lost puppy half the time I’m in there.
I do the majority of my grocery shopping here and spend a decent amount of money here but for some reason this guy follows me constantly and looks at me like I’m a criminal. Pretty unprofessional stuff.

Somewhat higher prices than No Frills, Superstore, etc. Not the help needed to find product. Asked check out lady if they sell whipped cream, she answered no.

Always long lineups because there's only two or three tills open , the meat selection is very limited , the featured sales in the flyer have been mostly terrible for the last couple of years and what's with the security guard that follows me around if I come in in my work clothes , pretty unsettling.

Staff is helpful (pharmacy even saved me decent amount of money with my meds) food variety is alright and the prices are better than most other grocery stores

Great prices for almost everything. The fruits and vegetables can be a bit iffy at times but no worse than other places. Decent meat department, has a pharmacy and a small flower area also. Good for cut flowers and the odd potted flowers.

Maybe have your evening/ nights cashiers stop horsing around and not speak Punjabi in front of your customers. Especially when it’s about the customer. Extremely rude and unprofessional.
