Do not purchase Panzer Glass products from this retailer!. They will not honour a warranty. Mine cracked after 2 months. Panzer says they have a2 year warranty but only if bought directly from their website. Panzer said contact retailer. Retailer said if screen saver was cracked that Panzer would not replace it. I paid $70 +HST. Neither Panzer ,nor Jump+ would help at all. Product is a rip off.

Went in to look for a mouse for my Macbook, we were greeted very promptly and he asked if he could help us find something. I stated that we were looking for a mouse, and he suggested the Magic Mouse. I told him we weren't looking to spend that much money, as they're around $100, and that we were looking for a cheaper option (which there was at least one option there that I seen while I was speaking to him), and he turned around and just left and went out back, never said another word to us. I wasn't sure if maybe he was gone to get something, so we waited for a moment and looked at the other mouse that I seen, which was indeed quite a bit cheaper, then he came back out to the front, and began serving another customer - so it seems as though we weren't worth his time, I guess, or that's certainly how it felt. We decided we were done there if that was the kind of service we could expect, and left the store without looking at anything else. Bought my mouse at another retailer.

MacBook wouldn't boot up past the wifi selection screen during an update. Bought it here, and it was fixed the same day for only $69! Posted this review on it, and it's indeed back and better than ever.

I wanted to buy two accessories from Steve (in training). He helped with the first one, opening 2 boxes so I could try it on my phone. Then, I asked to see an AirTag holder for my pet. The box wasn’t sealed or taped, but when I asked him to open it to check the size, he refused, citing store policy that if the box( a not sealed box gets opened he needs to send it to the manufacturer :)) )

This felt odd since anyone could open it, but I wasn’t allowed to because I asked. It seemed like he didn’t want to take the time to help or didn’t want to sell to foreigners.
As a regular customer, I understand sealed items can’t be opened, but this was just a simple box. Disappointing experience.

I would not recommend buying from here. Bought a cord, two days later it wouldn’t charge. Never was it stated to us that we needed a box for a refund and the only option was to replace it with the same product. Unprofessional customer service.
