We went to Nano because we were trying to set up a phone and were lost trying to do it. The staff there are excellent. Very patient, understanding, friendly. I would recommend Nano to everyone. Connell is a wonderful person to deal with.

Brought my daughters Samsung that I purchased new around August in for repair in October for a cracked screen. Charges me $228 for a screen on a A15 . When we got it back the screen looked odd when scrolling. Like it got blurry. I tried to tell them and they looked as if they were ready to fight especially the bald man with the beard. Tried to tell me that it was a cheaper phone and it isn't suppose to look better. Like we don't know or couldn't remember how the phone looked prior. My daughter told me to not bother and we left the store.

Over a week ago, the phone quit again. The screen just stopped working and the LCG needs to be replaced. I had to bring it for repairs once again but I went to another shop this time and now waiting for a part to come in from Samsung. Moral of the storey is this phone should not of quit so easily if they put a high quality screen on it like they claimed. Never again.

And don't get me started on this $50 deposit they make people pay.

Nanoshop was recommended to me. I'm glad it was. I needed a battery for my android. Battery replacement was reasonably priced.

I broke my iPhone 13 back glass and got them to do a full shell swap. At the same time I asked them to do a battery replacement. I got 30$ off the battery replacement since they are already opening the phone anyways(which is a good thing). The first sign of bad work is when I got the phone back, and could shake the phone to hear the battery not taped down in place. I went back and got them to fix it. A week later I left it in the washing machine. Obviously when having a 3rd party repaired phone, you can’t have a guarantee of that phone to be water resistant. I got the tools to fix it myself only to notice no water resistant seal, like it should. Those seals come with replacement parts all the time. 12 dollars on Amazon for a pack of 2. Because of this brain dead decision my phone got permanently bricked. Can only imagine if they spent the extra 2 minutes putting on that seal. what would have happened? As far as I am concerned this is their negligence. Their problem. Message me to make it right. And don’t cower behind your little waver. We all should know that those aren’t legally Binding anyways.

I took my phone here to get the battery replaced. They informed me that they had the battery for my phone in stock and that it would cost me $80. I paid a minimum labour charge of $50. After waiting a week, I had not received any updates about the progress of the repair, so I called them to inquire. I asked if they had fixed the phone, but they said they were "waiting for parts." I reminded them that I had only brought the phone in for a battery replacement, and the person on the phone asked me to wait while they checked. After some time, the person returned and confirmed that I was correct and that they would begin the battery replacement immediately. They assured me that they would notify me once the repair was complete. However, after a couple of days, I still had not heard from them, so I called again. The person who answered the phone this time also informed me that they were waiting for parts for the phone. So I asked him for the parts, and he put me on hold. He came back and told me that the phone came in for a battery replacement, so they would start on it and let me know. After calling again, they finally sent me an email stating that the phone was done. When I got there, they told me I had to pay almost $200. I asked them why they were charging me all that money when they had told me the battery replacement was $80. They told me they had fixed the battery and something else that cost $70. I asked them why they hadn't called me. They didn't admit that it was wrong to charge me extra for something I didn't agree to, so they said they could take the parts out. On top of that, they lost my SIM card tray and tried to blame me, saying the phone came without the tray in it. Right now, I have my phone back with a completely broken camera. My camera doesn't work at all. I have no idea what they did to it. So I highly recommend NOT going to this place AT ALL. I only went to them because MobileKlinic no longer replaces batteries. MobileKlinic used to replace batteries, and a friend of mine went to get her phone's battery replaced. She actually had her battery replaced perfectly well. Like my phone, the battery was swelling, and the phone wasn't working at all. She took it to MobileKlinic, and they replaced the battery. She paid for JUST the battery replacement, and the phone was perfectly functional. All her information on the phone was still there. My phone, on the other hand, was factory reset completely, which is the only reason I wanted the battery replaced and my Camera literally doesn't work at all. I'm UNHAPPY with their service. I don't recommend this place at all.
