Was told that I needed a new filtration system and servicing my current system wasn’t an option. I spent almost $5000 to replace the system to get the colour out of the water that was staining my toilets and bring water to safe standards. Was also told that my piping downstairs would be cleaned up and the old units would be removed.

When they showed up to do the work they told me they couldn’t take the old units because they didn’t have room in their truck which didn’t make sense since they had room for the replacement units they brought with them. I checked their truck and it was a disorganized disaster. They obviously just made excuses and were too lazy to follow through on the job.

They also messed up the install and removed the air vent leading to the septic making my laundry drainage upstairs gargle each night.

The colour is still in my water, the foul smell in my water that was an issue in my upstairs bathroom is still there and no issue I went to them for was solved.

I called and texted for them to fix it over a dozen times and I got a laundry list of excuses why they couldn’t get to me.

Don’t trust these guys, don’t believe the positive reviews they are lies from their friends to make them not seem like crooks and liars. I am considering suing or issuing a chargeback on my credit card to get my money back and am consulting with lawyers to see if it is worth my time.

The previous owner of the home I just purchased had these guys come and install two sump pumps. They did the bare minimum to get them going and installed. When I had an answer 2 weeks after they were installed they sent one of their employees to come have a look. The guy look at the two pumps and told me they were fine, which they weren't. When I ask him to explain why they weren't working he couldn't tell me anything. Then they charged me $115 dollars for coming to my house and doing "work". They charged me for their employee to come to my house and put his hands in his pockets. Worst service ever. Would not recommend.

Whenever I try to get a service check performed, my name and number is always taken and told we'll be there next week. This was 3 months ago, and I have the same issue year after year. Not very happy at all.
