Quality of service depends on who you get to deal with. Two first times there were good, but last two were horrible. I had to chase an employee to get help and then was told to come back another day to order a piece of furniture, even though the sale was ending that day... Then it took more then 30 minutes to order and pay (I already had a model number written down since I knew exactly what I wanted).

Interesting store. A lot of military items, t-shirts, pins, hats, etc, but also appliances and candy. The best part is its attached to the museum and all the planes outside including a Lancaster!!!
