This place is amazing! Scottie and Katy will take care of you! If you are anxious or nervous DONT BE. They are both beyond professional, patient, and kind. They will walk you through it, absolutely no pressure or untoward sales techniques. I will be going here for life.
They ensured our phone was working and doing what we wanted before we left the store.

A huge shout out to Store Manger Scott Fiander who on two occasions assisted me in setting up a Telus phone account. Mr Fiander is that rare, dedicated professional who, with patience and attentiveness, puts the 'Service' back into 'Customer Service'. If I was on the look out for a motivated, super capable, and personable young man to fulfill a managerial position in the telecommunications industry, I'd know exactly where to go looking.
