I recently had a leakage issue in my apartment, and I am beyond impressed with the service provided by NDS. We had a stressful situation occur during the summer of 2023 where we had a sewer back up in our newly acquired house.

Commercial NDS answered the phone on the first couple rings and sent a team over for a preliminary inspection before getting down to work. They were very knowledgeable, professional and helpful during our stressful moments. and continued to work diligently throughout the smokiest of days during before and after the wildfire evacuation.

It didn't matter if it was before 8:30am or after 5pm they put in a solid day's work each time, and their crew was very polite and courteous about helping us out whether it was moving heavy furniture or fixing unexpected issues while they addressed the main problem.

Will keep these great group of guys in mind with our future reno plans!

We have been in Yellowknife for over 10 years. It was our first serious emergency. We discovered flooding in the middle of the night. Not only we were pleased to discover that NDS provides 24/7 services, but also with the fact that we were given a piece of advise over the phone how to stop water makings more damage to our floors over night. First thing in the morning NDS crew arrived and within 10 minutes found a source of the leak and dealt with it immediately. Professionalism and efficiency - this is how I would describe what I was witnessing this morning. I must say - with NDS watching over NWT I feel a bit safer leaving in our severe weather conditions.
