Update*
Canglow replaced the cracked window and did repairs on defects even though it had taken a couple of years Tony from Canglow ensured that in the end we were well taken care of. Thank you Tony we appreciate the follow through on this.

We replaced all windows and doors in 2021 we were told that they would come back and fix all defects in the spring of 2022. Never happened. They even installed a broken window and we were told it would be replaced in the spring of 2022. This never happened. I recommend not paying your bill in full until all defects are complete. Now we are stuck with a brand new cracked window and shotty trim in a lot of areas around the window.

We recently bought a house and decided to renovate it because it was built in 1980. First of all we decided to replace the windows. The manager at Canglow helped us choose what I thought was the perfect option for us. We were completely satisfied with the price. We opted for triple-pane glass. I think it will be more energy efficient that way. Pleasantly pleased with the timescales. Our windows were successfully delivered and installed in 10 weeks by a great team of installers from Canglow!
