Ordered a shed in May to be built on site. I do not have enough room between my neighbours and me to move a shed onto my back property. I gave half of amount for shed as a deposit.it was disappointing I was never contact. I had to call then.
I waited several weeks for them to contact me and advise when it would be built. Not a word. I finally had to call and ask that question. A few days later I was told they were behind schedule due to rainy weather and a truck being broke down. We agreed to cancel
order . I was told refund would be sent to me in 5-8 days.
I have contacted Old Hickory twice with no end in sight for reimbursement.
My advice ,make sure this is a shed you want before signing the contract.
