The staff at Jack Byrne arena have ZERO people skills. This was my first visit to the arena and the staff member was incredibly rude when I asked a simple question regarding how to access the ice rink. Lovely place but the people need training on how to deal with the public and/or this staff needs to find other employment. Perhaps a clue as to why few people were using the facility.

Enjoyed the Provincial under 15 Provincial tournament. Seating was great to view the game. Music at times too loud. Nice to have inbetween play but just turn it down a little. Bathrooms were clean and kept tidy throughout the tournament. Hospitality of Eagles team was fantastic.

Nice dressing rooms .ice is always clean but the Robinsons never open. Also, the vending machine sometimes takes your money.

We went here to a Christmas fair.
With over a 100 vendors, it was laid out very well which allowed for people to walk unobstructed around the arena.

My wife and I went there to a craft show,,very spacious building. Lots of local crafts there today. Handicap parking,entrance and bathroom facilities.
