Terrible place to work at. Pay is awful. They don’t properly train you. Scanning machine constantly jams/breaks and the manager appears extremely annoyed every time you approach her. I do not recommend anyone working here. Avoid at all costs

Working here was an absolute nightmare from start to finish.
The pay is insultingly low and well below industry standards, especially considering the amount of work they expect you to do.
The place is also unclean, from bathrooms to workstations.
They cut corners in everything they do. They prioritize saving a buck over doing things right.
Don't get me started with communication, its practically nonexistent. Important information is selectively shared, leading to confusion and frustration among coworkers.
The management team is incompetent and completely out of touch with reality. They make poor decisions that harm employees and the business itself. There's no support, guidance, or respect for their own staff. Was a short term, but I'll be looking for another job.

I was hired through a staffing agency in 2022 for data entry. This company is the worst I have ever worked for. It is not worth damaging your mental health. It's clear that the top management are clueless boomers and running the company to the ground. I saw unethical behavior such as people who were friends with management clocking out early or taking longer breaks. Others would be reprimanded and threatened with termination. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Really enjoyed working here. Team leads were very knowledgeable, quick to respond to questions and got back to me in a timely fashion. Training was adequate too. You won't get rich working here but sick time and vacation time were adequate for my needs. Only 4 out of cause no one is perfect....lol

It's all a money grab facade. No real protocols followed through. If its not about money it's not an important matter.

Money over respect, safety, or real empathy for their workers at this company.

They will take advantage of students, and elderly who can not find another job. Great short term opportunity for a quick buck.

ADVICE FOR TEMP WORKERS:

Please no do not invest your long term health here. They do not care about you. If they did you would know. There is a long history of power trip and poor values that can not change anymore.

Do not hope for something better here, better is in the REAL world. Do not waste your valuable time, use them as a spot to take EXTRA income.

And do not feel bad for using them, they will take advantage of you without second guessing.

The staff of Nimble provides plenty of opportunity for employees to grow and move up within the organization. The management staff does a phenomenal job of keeping employees motivated and educated on the overall process of the company. They accomplish this by allowing employees to receive training in departments that they do not currently work in.
Overall, Nimble is a great organization to work for.

I just started 2 weeks ago. I like the place, co workers, and my job. New experience for me and lots of learnings. My supervisor is very patient and knowledgeable. Let's see what happens. So far so good🙂

Do yourself a favour and don't work for them. I wouldn't even wish for my enemy to work here, that's how poorly they treat their employees.
