AbelDent, please remove ITEK from your recommended list. Their technicians know Shxx about the program. They spent hours at my office calling home to install , fix any issues. They charged me 6 hrs. to try to fix a computer set up by them a year ago, only to tell you they have to take it back to their office. No warranty provided on a less than a year old hard drive. Best Buy can do better.
I am always willing to pay for job well done, not job undone. I will not pay for your company training course for your technicians.

Oakville Place Dental office has used ITEK for years
The are professional and provide a great service. I have recommended them to other Doctors and Dentists and they have also been extremely satisfied. I also find that they are responsive when we have a problem and this is particularly important to me. This is a company i feel comfortable referring to my friends

ITEK is by far the best Dental IT Support and installation company I have had the pleasure of working with, you can count on them to get the job done right and on time. If you are doing a new build they are a must to use as getting things done correctly from the start is extremely important.

Wayne and his team at ITEK provide excellent service. They are prompt in responding to all service calls. The staff is helpful, friendly, and most importantly patient with those of us who are technologically challenged. A great company to work with.

Don't Bother. Have been using this company for IT in our dental office for over 2 years. Techs seem ok. But the business itself is disorganized. Lack of communication within the organization is Epic and usually just wastes your time. Go elsewhere. I assume their reviews are done in house as their reputation in the industry is diminishing.
