The irony of one of your employees having this sticker on the back of their truck yet don’t understand how to check their mirrors before changing lanes. Nearly cut me off/changed lanes into me twice coming off the highway. If your staff work at all like they drive, I would be very concerned.

Technician that showed up to my house was extremely unprofessional with a "I am right you are wrong" type of attitude. Will be calling in tomorrow to place a complaint against the technician and if the same technician shows up again I will be turning him away at the door.

Gagan and his supervisor Leo, two technicians from Wirecomm, came to my home on a service call regarding intermittently losing internet connection / slow internet connection. Date of service was Friday June 21 2024. They diagnosed all connection points and cable running inside / outside the house. They eventually installed new male / female couplings at all connection points and replaced the internet cable running from the utility line to the house. They also took their time to explain to me parts of diagnostic I was interested about.

Both Gagan and Leo clearly cared about the work. They were professional and polite. Great job!

Was cut off by one their employees this morning they were weaving in and out of traffic this morning only to get 50 meters a head of us before causing an accident. It's scary to share roads with people like this. Hopefully they will be held accountable because someone could have been killed, wirecomm needs to be more careful who they put behind a wheel

You have a higher chance of dying by a vending machine then having these guys pickup the phone, I need a date for a install and I can't even get that from them...

Edit: i got a respose with the phone number but heres the problem... its the exact same issue! the only option you have is putting in an extention number and if you call any extention off the list then its either no answer or a full voicemail, and even if you leave a voicemail i dont get a call back, ITS BEEN 3 WEEKS!!! this orginization is terribly unorganized and not customer support for issues like these! looks like ill back to call back rogers to make an complaint
