Ordered a couple test t-shirts for my partner's business and couldn't be happier with how they turned out. The digital printing feels more solid and long-lasting than t-shirts I've bought from other retail stores or companies. The shirts themselves are perfection, so comfy and sizing was spot on. Printing and delivery only took a couple of days (we live in Waterloo region) and I will be ordering all of our print products from this company moving forward.

One note for management is that I experienced a small glitch during the design process on the website. When in the design space, trying to change the quantity of shirts or size combinations would cause the site to stall and freeze every time. Not the end of the world, it would kick back in after 4min or so, but just a heads up!

I ordered 9 hoodies altogether for my business, 2 with embroidered names on the sleeves + logo front and back, and the rest screen printed with my logo front and back. Overall amazing quality, and the prints are very clear. Estimated delivery time was march 25, and I received them only 1 week after ordering!!!!

I recently purchased a bulk package of 24 crew neck t-shirts from this company, expecting a premium product given the price point of $80 per unit—even after placing a large order. Unfortunately, the quality of the t-shirts and the packaging did not meet expectations.

What’s more disappointing is the lack of support when we reached out with our concerns. We were open to returning the items and placing a new order, but the response has been unhelpful and dismissive.

As a business that values customer experience, we hoped for a more cooperative and solution-oriented approach. This has been a disappointing experience overall.

Ordered some samples from this company hoping to become a repeat customer and use them indefinitely for our apparel company.

Unfortunately, one of our shirts was printed off-centred. Curiously, they would only refund us for half the cost of the shirt unless we sent it back, which we will be doing. This is despite the company proudly displaying that each order is ‘checked by experts’

We also informed them of ‘irregularities’ in their design software which made the design process quite difficult for us, and their response indicated a lack of caring or action on the issue.

The rest of the shirts were printed nicely, and the production and shipping time was quite quick.

Despite us really wanting to work with a local company, and that most orders will probably turn out well, sadly due to our personal experience with 1/6 shirts in our order being misprinted and the subpar customer support this is not a company we will continue to work with or be able to recommend to other apparel companies.

We ordered hoodies, shirts, and polos for our school's tech crew club from CCA. They were very accommodating in allowing us to mix and match items with our screen printing order, and had a great selection of items and colours to choose from. Our hoodies have been a big hit, and people from outside the club are even asking to buy the apparel. We're now putting together more orders for other clubs, and will be recommending this business for other groups at our school.
