We have only been in the area a few months and we needed a vet fairly quickly as our Buddy was not well. The team at Complete Care were absolutely fantastic. We got in fast and he was treated. Dr Angela was brilliant, such compassion and care, positive that she is like that with every animal she looks after. Thank you to all. Buddy will see you soon as we are for sure coming back.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent care provided for my Labrador, Jack. I initially brought Jack to your facility due to a suspected broken toe. I was informed that he had a clean break and anticipated a straightforward procedure, likely costing around $400.

However, I was shocked to receive an additional bill of $700 for sedation, despite my explicit request not to sedate Jack due to financial constraints. The total cost eventually amounted to $1,700, a significant burden that was partially alleviated by pet insurance.

Following two visits for re-wrapping, Jack chewed off his wrap, and I sought further care. I was informed that additional treatment would again cost $1,700. I explained that I could not afford this amount, and I was told that Jack could no longer be treated at your hospital. This response was both disheartening and alarming, as I had no alternative support.

In addition, I had to personally spend another $100 to address Jack’s needs, including re-wrapping his foot and applying antibiotics. I was also disappointed that the hospital did not provide essential supplies, such as a cone, or any guidance for self-care.

The financial and emotional strain, combined with what I perceive as inadequate support, has left me feeling deeply dissatisfied with your services. I urge you to review your billing practices and the level of care provided, as the experience has been profoundly upsetting.

Please rethink going to this animal hospital where money comes before the animals welfare 100 percent greed

Complete Care Hospital was able to perform emergency surgery on my fur baby River when no other clinic could; even though he was not a patient there! Both River and I were treated wonderful; kindness, caring, professionalism and ongoing support. Absolutely terrific service!
I’ve never had a puppy before, they were able to answer lots of questions and give information I hadn’t thought to ask. They were super friendly with my 12 week old 27lb puppy who did not handle the car ride well at all and a staff member even helped me wipe her down when we first arrived.
I was very nervous going in as I’m not familiar with vets, but they made us both feel very welcome and we look forward to our next visit in a few weeks :)!

Been with Complete Care for 7+ years. Fantastic customer service and friendly staff. They care so deeply about the pets that walk through their doors and do their very best to accommodate what someone may be going through and their ability to afford the services they provide. They go above and beyond to help others and even answer phones outside of business hours incase of emergency. I feel lucky to have a vet clinic/staff that treat us like family and that I can honestly say I trust with my pets life. Thank you for everything you do!

From the minute we arrived your front end staff were wonderful , our experience was awesome. Fen has anxiety and he was very comfortable with Dr Angie and Kat who took the time for him to settle before examining him.
