Allan charged $150 to fix an issue for which Dell quoted a minimum of $800. And, whereas Dell has taken 6-8 weeks for previous repairs, Allan had this done in an hour. He was also able to offer a quick complimentary diagnosis - he had the issue figured out within 5 minutes as I waited in the shop. Every other tech was charging for a 24-48 hour diagnosis timeframe.

Allan explained the issue in lay terms, and offered pointers on how to avoid it in the future, which helped resolve a lot of confusion for me. I highly recommend him for repairs.

I recently needed my laptop’s SSD replaced, and after checking with several service technicians, I was told it would take at least 3 to 4 days. A few mentioned it might be possible to do it the same day, but they couldn’t guarantee it. I think one of the rare computer shops that have a genuine and humane touch.

Great service! My Dell laptop went dead and wouldn't start up, and Alan was able to quickly diagnose the problem and fixed it within the same day! Really glad I found this place (it's shared-space with a jewellery store so quite easily missed if just driving by).
