I cannot know where to start. I have never had such customer service. he answered my hundreds of questions. I almost harassed him and he stayed calm. The pc arrived super fast and in good condition. The pc is a racing beast. If I bought a computer I will deal with it I promise.

I cannot thank GamerTech enough for the amazing custom PC they built for me! I contacted them over the phone to discuss the parts and overall process and had a great conversation with the owner. They were extremely kind and helped me figure out which specs would be the most suitable for my needs. I also enjoyed being able to customize the overall aesthetic of my PC because that was a MUST for me. The whole GamerTech team was amazing with communication and throughout the process answered any questions I had. One of them also reached out to me and went above and beyond to see if I would prefer green extension cables (to match my green case) which they didn't originally offer on their site.
Overall GamerTech is amazing if you're looking for a custom build. Whether you know a lot about PCs or are newer to the game like myself, they are very knowledgeable and kind. Thank you again to the whole team and I will definitely be going to GamerTech for any of my future PC needs!

Very helpful staff, gave me the best product for my budget and threw in an extra terabyte of storage out of goodwill. The little extra you’re paying to go here instead of building your own PC is well worth it if you aren’t confident enough to do it yourself. I was suspicious of how many positive reviews they had, but after going in and speaking with the staff I’ll tell you now that the positive feedback is no mistake. Thank you GamerTech. Extremely happy with the PC. GamerTech Toronto is a great place to consider if you wanting to purchase any pre-builds or a custom pc if you’re considering designing your own build. I myself bought a pre-built PC with small changes to the specs thanks to the customer support service. As a first time PC user I went in person to pick up the PC and the owner Cris gave me some knowledge about PC gaming and was very informative on the build and was very helpful. I’d most likely be a returning customer if and whenever I need an upgrade.

I just want to thank the team at GamerTech Toronto for their amazing service and top-notch customer care! I ordered my new PC from them on December 26, and even though I’m in Ottawa and they’re in Toronto, they delivered it to me by New Year’s Eve!

The PC I purchased is absolutely incredible—perfect for work and an amazing beast for gaming. I seriously rate them 100/10 for everything, from their communication to their delivery speed and quality.

I got an amazing PC from gamertech! I got the Ryzen 7800X 3D with 4080 GPU and as my first PC ever I just have to say WOW! Way better and bigger than expected! I saw a bunch of TikTok videos from them and knew this was definitely the place I wanted to buy my first build from. The customer service was great! They answered everything for me. Unfortunately my GPU got lost in transit but they were in contact with UPS and it was saved by the grace of god lol. So 4 starts just because it took long to get it but I know it’s not gamertechs fault . I love it!

Great experience here. They answered any questions I had and talked through the practical difference between certain components that was very helpful. They even helped me troubleshoot a weird issue I had upon taking the build home (that ended up being a non-issue thankfully) and threw in some free wall paneling for the trouble. Will definitely be coming back for any repairs in the future and will very likely buy any future upgrades or builds from here as well.
