Just wanted to send you a quick note to let you know how impressed I was with the service provided by Chris Giordano in response to a recent inquiry.

I damaged the slipcase for my corporate record book and wanted to see if Centro could supply a replacement. I received an initial response to my email within an hour, and a final response/quote before the close of business same day. This was in response to what turned out to be a pretty small sale (less then 50$).

This may be what you expect in your company, but recent experience has demonstrated not enough businesses are delivering this level of service.
