I went in to make a purchase after seeing the sign while passing by. The price was great, and to my surprise, when I opened the five eggs, four of them had double yolks.

How are the chickens kept?
Are they free run, pasture, free range, cage free? Its important to know exactly how the chickens are taken care of.

So you didn't answer the specific question.
Are the chicken free range , free run or caged. Just because your following the requirements doesn't make it it right for the well-being of the animals. So you are saying they are in a cage.
There are many local suppliers that have pasture raised , free run chickens, that are hormone free as well.

I have been buying eggs here for years. I made the mistake of buying eggs that were on sale at the local drugstore last week. The yolks were almost white and the whites we're very close to the consistency of water. No flavor at all!
I will Not make that mistake again!!
If you haven't already tried these "Farm Fresh Eggs", do yourself and your family a favor and buy a dozen. I promise it won't be your last...

Stopped in today for the first time. Picked up some fresh brown eggs. Very clean and well kept looking farm. Like the idea of self serve it worked great. Will be purchasing all my eggs from here.
