I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Pandora. I visited today (Dec 16) to have my bracelet cleaned, only to be told that they don’t clean items during the holidays or weekends. First of all, today is not a holiday, so this excuse makes no sense. Secondly, this policy is absurd for a company that prides itself on customer service and luxury products.
This isn’t the first time I’ve had a poor experience at this location. The staff are consistently rude and unhelpful, and this visit was no exception. I’ve been a loyal Pandora customer for years, but this encounter has made me reconsider ever coming back.
Pandora, if you value your customers, perhaps consider better policies and more professional staff.

Rude staff. Turns out its illegal to browse without someone and get yelled at when you do. Not surprised by the many bad reviews happening at this location in terms of customer service. Believe the name was Steph

Rude saleslady. Yep, the same one everyone else is complaining about. This is what happens when the owner doesn't pay attention to their place of business. Single handedly ruining the ratings of this place. Good luck with your declining sales!

I went in to this location to make a return a few weeks ago and the saleslady Harsimran K was so RUDE! she had the audacity to say
" oh great, the one time i come in i get a return" and then refused to acknowledge me.. Funny how when i was there the week before making a purchase she was all " oh we would love to serve you! you can return within 30 days " but then i go to return and shes rude in front of other customers. The other associate who did my refund just laughed when she made this comment. I am sorry but who taught you people manners? or customer service? I am putting in a complaint to head office because the workers here are RUDE!! and have no concept of customer service.

I came in to the store about a week ago to ask for some advice. My in laws bought my daughters earrings and necklaces for Christmas, and one necklace already broke. I k ow they have warranty so I went to ask how to proceed since it was purchased from the US. I spoke to the manager Teresa who was very nice and eager to help. She mentioned seeing if I could get the receipt, if I can then to bring the receipt and the item to the store and she would try her best to help. If she couldn’t or the system didn’t allow for the exchange she would call customer service and go from there. I went back got the receipt and came back about a week later. Only to he greeted by one of the most lazy employees ever.I’m sure showing up at opening interrupted her breakfast. She had zero interest in helping and told me to call customer service. I told her what the other manager said and she was like yeah I don’t know come back tomorrow when she’s here. I’ve spent $1000s of dollars with Pandora so it was disappointing. I called customer service and they took care of it, they also confirmed the store SHOULD have been able to help I think that girl was just lazy. I brought my daughter with me so she could pick out something new also but she was equally disappointed and didn’t want to spend money there

Today was my first time shopping here, and I can guarantee that it won’t be my last. My sales associate was Jennifer S, and she was amazing. She helped me pick out exactly what I was looking for. I’m only shopping here when Jennifer S is working. Super friendly, fast and efficient. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Don’t buy Jewellery from this store. They are very unprofessional. I had purchased a pair of earrings there as a gift. I was unsure if I should buy them cause they were final sale. I was confident that they were going to be perfect. I shouldn’t have bought them in the first place, the associate wasn’t very helpful, she just wanted a sale. Turns out the earrings don’t secure as you put them in your ear. What’s the point wearing earrings if you are going to lose them? I tried to return them and the same associate named Jennifer was there and of course she wasn’t helpful and rude about it. All we asked for was at least a store credit. Of course she said no we can’t help you. They lost my business.
