Not happy with how dirty the purse is that I bought as a gift. Days after leaving the store I went to wrap the purse and noticed that there were many small scuffs and rusty looking marks on the leather-like material. Unsure why the store would sell bags in this condition unless they were clearly marked as imperfect.

Bought discounted items from this Guess outlet store and the cashier did not apply the discount. It should not be my responsibility to check if a discount is applied or not, it should be automated. I had to ask them to adjust it. Also they overcharged me 10 dollars extra. The tag said 39.99 and i was charged 49.99 for the item. Thankfully I checked the bill while i was still in the mall and they adjusted, however it was pretty inconvenient and honestly surprising.

If I can give zero star rating I will choose it, a lady with a black hair took glasses from me while I’m waiting for my hubby to try things in the fitting room. I didn’t ask her to do anything and glasses is not a heavy thing she is trying to help me with!!!!! Not sure why she did that ?!!!!!! After we were planning to buy 4 items we left everything and bought nothing for the horrible customer service and communication of this lady. Online shopping is a way better option in order not to have to deal with those horrible employee

I visited the Guess Tanger Outlet store at 5:40 pm today and found all the change rooms closed. A tall dark haired girl at the cash then shouted at the lot of us waiting to try on clothes, that we would have to buy the clothes and return them if they didn't fit. I asked her if they didn't want to sell the items today, she shouted again, across the store, that she was too busy and she was short staffed... so i began to leave and she then said something to the other girl behind the counter and they snickered. I said oh my, you really have a bad attitude lady and she said, and you do too … What lovely customer service!!
Well we walked out, it’s to be noted I had already spent almost $1000.00 in other stores and was going to purchase a leather jacket in the Guess store. Oh well, because of her really horrible customer service, we left without having bought a thing.

Had such a great experience in store today thanks to Melissa! She was extremely kind and attentive and all around had such an upbeat attitude! She informed me of all the sales and helped me find the perfect items! Definitely deserves recognition! Will happily be back!
