An excellent Hosting Service I have used for more than 5 years. The service is stable, always available, competitively priced and on the rare occasions that I have needed technical support there is typically a prompt, professional response from staff who have resolved the issue.

Avoid at ALL costs.

Website had an issue over the weekend. Support is basically none existent. A commercial revenue generating site paying a not-insignificant amount of money each month and the site has now been offline for 2 days with basic access information being withheld so we cant even resolve this ourselves.

If you use this company, move away as soon as possible.

One of the worst companies I've worked with. It took me three days to add a simple website. I've used ipage for $4 a month hosting and they are significantly better. Something that usually takes minutes to complete has taken three days and still hasn't been completed.
