My mom, who is not tech savvy at all, had often gone here and has always said how nice the gentleman there has been to her. I have been having issues with my charging port and decided to go see him based on my mother's repeated experiences. Super nice guy, diagnosed the problem within minutes and fixed it even faster, at very minimal cost. Any future issues I may have, I will go here first every time.

I would refer anyone to Ken at iphix. He is a very helpful person and explains things to you completely so you understand what is wrong with your items. He has very reasonable prices and gives excellent service with your item. He is kind and pleasant to chat with. Thanks Ken, you are amazing.

My phone was not charging, first I went techy store inside walmart. He told me that charging port needs to be replaced without checking by wire or anything and asked for 70 cad. Then I went to iphix store and Ken is really helpful and he fix my phone charging port within 1 minute and he told me it was not charging because charging port is filled with something, he removed it and he did not charge me anything. If you are in cornwall and your phone need attention always go to Iphix. Ken is great guy.

Went in for a screen repair on a wednesday said I needed it done before the weekend. Owner said no problem just have to order the parts they will be here for sure. He made me pay for the service in full. Asked me to call him if he did not call me by friday. No call, so I call on Friday at noon, voicemail. Call again at 2:30pm. They closed early and did not answer. Also closed all weekend. Managed to get a hold of him through Facebook over the weekend and he said no refunds even though he did not pull through on his end. I found another place that could do it on the weekend but this guy already took my money. (170$). Finally get the service done on Tuesday. Screen repair is a joke. I need to get it replaced again. Flashes black and sometimes even turns my phone off. Random keys press while I'm trying to type or make a call. Switches from blue to red backlight randomly.

Would give 0 starts if I could. Very unprofessional customer service. And the actual repair service is even worse. Seems more like a hobby than a business. Zero compensation for no being able to uphold his end of the bargin. Not even a 10$ screen protector.

This shop doesn't carry parts for Android devices. You may need to wait a week for the shop to order your part for your android device to complete your repair. My repair took a little bit longer because my part was back ordered (At no fault of the shop). Thanks again!

Contacted Ken in regards to iPhone charging issue. He advised to bring phone to store & would be fixed same day. Took phone to store & Ken resolved issue with charging port in seconds due to my error. There was no charge, Not even a coffee. Kens customer service skills & knowledge are above & beyond any business I have encountered in some time. Further discussion revealed that Ken is skilled at computer/PC issues & updates. I will be taking my laptop in for a tune up shortly. Ken, thanks again & keep up the fantastic job.

I have had the opportunity on two occasions to have to deal at the store - both times I have had nothing but wonderful things to say about the fellow behind the counter - he successfully restarted my iPhone for a very low fee and repair my husband's iPhone today for zero dollars thank !!!!
Anyone needing help for an iPhone go and visit this store I highly recommend it
