Ed and his team completed a camera surveillance system on time and on budget for an apartment building in SD&G. The 20 camera system, complete with NVR, was expertly installed. From the time Ed and his team showed up to assess the building and provide a quote, to the provision of equipment, installation and training, everything proceeded smoothly. My laptop’s ssd failed and replacing it on my laptop requires quote a bit of work. I searched around and found GoToTech. Called him and he asked me to drop by the next day! He replaced it right then while I waited and walked me through everything he was doing. Made sure I had everything to set up software on the new ssd. And as for the price he charges, I know most places charge two-three times as much and require you to drop off your laptop for a day or two. I’ll gladly take all my tech issues to Ed moving forward.

We've been working with Ed for 1 year since we got hacked. He discovered on top of everything our web provider was not keeping up their end of the bargain with advertising. I came in after I had spilled milk on my laptop, and figured it was best to take it to an expert for proper cleaning. The service was fast, and he was honest about explaining the situation. Sadly, my laptop was too damaged to be fully repaired, but he offered a brand new laptop at a reasonable price for my budget. And he even helped transfer the files from my old hard drive to the new computer. While loosing the laptop was stressful, with GoToTech, I was back to business again ASAP.

If I ever need help fixing this new laptop, I have no doubt about where I'm going for help.
