At first I bought from them because of their competitive prices and good reviews. Seeing their sign on one of the trees on my way to work. Great saved my self a $100 compared to other stores.

Then the customer service really surprised me. Rene was constantly available through the phone, updating me as soon as my tires arrived. My tires were large and I wanted them installed some where convenient to me by my work. He dropped them of there the day they arrived.

After that when I had a warranty issue, since this is relatively a new company, he was not sure about how to proceed with it. Oh oh, I got worried, did I do the right choice? Maybe I should have bought it from a another store and got them to install directly. Nope, Rene was able to figure it out and delivered don his promise. Got the warranty issue addressed with their supplier. Took a bit longer but he delivered.

Overall very happy with the experience. I would recommend dealing with one of their installers as it does make things easier if there is a warranty issue.
