TotalLeader® Solutions Inc provides a cloud-based leadership development platform that simplifies how organizations assess, develop, and engage leadership teams. Through Mikutech we have truly been able to create a leadership assessment which is ‘more than a score’. They took our vision for creating an on-line dashboard and made it more than we ever could have imagined. The programmers went beyond the call of duty, while always professional we really enjoyed their passion for this project. Project Manager Svetlana is a perfect blend of IT professional and ‘people person’, we were always excited with the developments from each meeting with her. Mikutech also provided the additional support regarding marketing and startup advice by Ryan, whose expertise and knowledge of the SaaS industry was invaluable. Mark has done a great job putting together a talented team. They all played an important role in helping to move the bar on developing the next leaders in organizations.
