We've had another great experience with the Rhyno's Team: Last week at the day we were almost on our way to the airport in the morning we noticed a leaking pressure relief valve. I called Rhyno's and they sent a plumber in just 30 minutes to get the issue fixed so we were able to go on holiday in a relaxed manner! Thanks so much again to the entire Rhyno's Team for their professional dedication and outstanding customer service!
I chose Rhyno's because they have an outstanding reputation. I was definitely not disappointed and very impressed from day one on. John and Shawn took care of the estimates and scheduling. Chris, Derrick and Graham (an excellent Electrician) did an outstanding job installing our new dual head mini split heat pump for our two larger basement rooms. The communication and those little nice features, like the announcement email that the folks are on their way etc. are perfect and shows the professionality of Rhyno’s. The installation was done perfectly and in a timely manner.
All three service techs are always pleasant, have a smile on their faces and don't mind answering questions or volunteering any info. I would definitely recommend Rhyno’s every time and will choose this company for the next home improvement jobs as well! I couldn't be more thrilled with the work they did. If possible I’d give ten stars!

We had an excellent experience getting a heat pump installed. An appointment within days, a photo of the technician so we knew who to expect at the door, prompt arrival, fast efficient service, and heat when I needed it most were all greatly appreciated. Rhyno’s has been excellent from start to finish of our service call. First contact on the phone was clear and they could have come the same day if it was urgent.
Matt, the tech, was on time, and explained what he was doing and did a thorough assessment.
Turned out the problem was not major, and he did not make it more complicated than it needed to be. Price was reasonable.
We will be happy to call them again as needed.

I was very very happy with Justin. He was on time and very respectful. He did a very thorough cleaning of my furnace and heat pump and also took the time to explain how the heat pump system works as this is all new to me. Now that I have a better understanding of the system I am sure my heating bill will show the savings. I highly recommend Justin and I certainly give him a five star rating. Thank you

This company go beyond 5 star service they're professional, accommodating and all about customer service. We spoke with multiple firms before purchasing two min split heat pumps. Rhyno's quote was substantially lower for the best product on the market Mitsubishi. The sales rep, , technicians, front desk and administration are top shelf. Highly recommend this company.

We have had nothing but great service with Rhynos. We recently had to put a new motor in our heat pump. Rhynos ordered the motor and had it installed in record time. Matt is very pleasant and had the job done alot faster than I expected. Great job Matt. We also have them do an annual clean on the heat pump and it's always done in an exemplary way. The service techs are always pleasant and don't mind answering questions or volunteering any info. I would recommend them every time
