Great service, anything you ask they are help! I got goats/ lamb/ horses/ chickens, and my furry kids have babies, I always asking they how to deal with, they are all patient to share their acknowledgement.

And they are always enough employees working there to help you loading feed on the cat.

I have been there for 1.5 years nothing complaints.

People who work here are really nice, kind, intelligent, and beautiful, especially the curly-haired guy. The cat is cool, but is getting big. The fertilizer is also delicious!

Helpful staff and a good range of products. They have served our family well for years, and we can always trust them to be efficient, courteous, and accommodating. It can get a little busy from time to time, but each customer gets their undivided attention. They will help you find what you need, even if they need to order it in!

I rocked up last week and the sign on the door said STOP BIRD FEED IS NOT ESSENTIAL SHOPPING so I turned around and went home. 🙂 I called back when I had time this week and a staff member was superexcellent (as they always are in person too) about giving me a walk-through phone shopping experience, advising me knowledgeably and patiently about the bird feeders available, their features, installing them, and then the seeds available, the bird types that would be attracted to the various seeds, and how to use the feeders.
An absolutely amazing textbook example of brilliant customer service even, and especially, during lockdown. When I went to pick it up, there was a nice envelope with cheerful writing on it with my name on it and my receipt and new membership card for the birdseed club inside. THANK YOU! I wish I'd gotten her name, she deserves a raise! But then I've always had nice interactions at this store.
