I would recommend getting a new receptionist who answers the phones. Seems the person who answers at the moment does not like their job. Very off putting

Life in Beaverton. Nothing will be repaired, heat is off (outside 3 degrees).
Heater never are working. This Provider only lie and dont tell that everything is an old carpet from 30 years in the whole house, only to get tenants. The house is dirty, especially the windows. Daed trees in front of the house never been remove. You only can run away from here.

Been living in housing for a few years now. Got in without having to sit on their waiting list. So I can't argue agaisnt those saying Canadians don't get in over foreigners. I can though say that living in housing has been a blessing and only have 2 things I don't like. But I'll start by saying that housing has been lenient on me with my apartment being a mess for many years. When I need repairs in emergencies they are quick to fix and when I need them in general I get help quick. They do opt to fix over replace if it can be done from talking to super makes sense saves money. I try to fix the minor things that I can with my limited knowledge and help of youtube. The first of 2 I dislike is mandatory renters insurance I was fine getting it at first but it's almost doubled in cost since getting it but I understand why it's needed. Those on subsidized housing and odsp you can have odsp cover it under your rent allowance portion of your odsp benefits that's the only reason I'm not fully bothered by the needed renters insurance. Second issue is the needing to pay to use ac in the summer I can't afford to buy one, pay to use it and pay someone to install it then remove it when summer months are over. So I just make do with fans. In the end this is still what religious people would call a blessing because without it I'd either be homeless, living in a really bad neighborhood or with my parents.

Ok was just on the phone with the front desk and I was having issues with the website and was asking for help and was not done talking to her and she says to me I can't stay on the phone with you ok for one who says that and why when I was still needing assistance WOW how rude and you call that helping a person. She needs to be taught better manners on the phone. So sad eh.

The power goes off twice a day. You call their office all they keep saying we have ordered the parts. The parts never arrive as they came from a far far land. They don’t care if your food, milk goes to waste
