The people that helped me there were very friendly and knowledgeable. I was having issues turning on my computer and when I was able to get it turned on it was going on and off. They determined it was my power supply and offered to purchase and install. I ended up purchasing and installing it myself, but that fixed my issue. The charge for their service was minimal (28 with taxes). Unfortunately just after that my hard drives fried. I took it back to them again and being the courteous people they were, they took a look (at no cost) and let me know that they weren't going to work again and that if I wanted the data to see a data recovery specialist (they don't provide this type of service).

My experiences with Affordable Computer Techs have always been very positive. I rely heavily on the techs' knowledge and I have never been disappointed.

The fact that I can call or email and know that my computer problems will be looked after is a great relief.

I would highly recommend ACT to anyone needing advice, repairs or any other computer issues.

Also, I purchased a refurbished computer from ACT several years ago and have been VERY satisfied with my machine. I know that ACT offers both refurbished and new computers for purchase. So, with the purchase one also gets excellent service!

Computer was repaired within work cost estimate and only an unusual part order, delayed delivery time. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly to deal with. I would recommend them for any computer repair jobs .

When I wanted a new laptop, the people at ACT took the time to sit down with me to get information about why I wanted the laptop and what the primary use for it was going to be. They also asked about my budget and then took the time to do research for me as to the one that was going to best suit my needs. A few weeks later they got back to me saying that they had found one in my budget and that they had downloaded all the necessary programs for me.
I went to pick it up and they gave me a tutorial on how to work the laptop. They were very patient and told me that if I had any other questions that I was free to call them and they would help.
I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a computer or who need to get one fixed. These gentlemen are wonderful and are always willing to help!

Went there to have my Iphone 6 screen replaced as it had a crack. Upsold me on a case, screen repair and protector for my phone cost me approx 170.00. Went to pick up my phone which they had placed back in the box and when I got home and my perfectly working 6 month old Iphone 6 has no display, went black. Returned with it numerous time, they could not figure out what they had done. Finally after the 3rd trip I spoke with someone that said it was better and that THEY had damaged the connector, which they were cleaning. Went to get my phone for the 4th time and it was still not fixed. Screen was flickering, still not very bright. Told them I would take it home for the weekend and return for the if no improvements. Well the screen went black again. Went there and of course they have no idea...So my perfectly good phone is know not usable and they did not even refund me back anything not to mention the hundreds I have now lost with the phone. This place is unbelievable, DO NOT GO THERE, IF YOU WANT YOUR PHONE TO CONTINUE TO WORK!
