Couldn't ask for anything more. After our furnace quit overnight during a bitterly cold February night, and finding out my go-to "HVAC Guy" was out of town, as a walk-in and a totally new customer at Air Solutions Heating & Cooling, Luke and Angela managed to track down the small part we needed within two hours, to help get us back up and running the very same day. This was not a big transaction, but it was the difference between restoring our heat the same day, versus us having to wait another 24-48 hours to resolve the issue. Exceptional service, over and above, especially in this day and age. Thank you so very much, and know that the next time I'll be needing any HVAC services, that you folks will be at the very top of my list.

We did not have a good experience with this company. We hired them to fix our air conditioner. After 4 visits, totalling almost $6000, they neglected to make sure everything was working well, resulting in $2000 worth of water damage to our downstairs neighbour’s walls.
Even worse than the careless, sloppy work was the fact that when we tried to contact them, they have completely ghosted us.

Luke really helped us out of a Jan with Enercare who had ripped out furnace apart and condemned it after 7Pm on Monday
Luke contacted us the next morning and came to inspect it. No crack. But destroyed for no reason
He helped us with choosing a new furnace with a great warranty. Installed the next day
