They have very fantasic service. I am always greeted with a warm welcome. Jack specifically is a great guy to talk to for any of your mobile needs.

Went in to get an unusual piece of electronics, didn’t think they’d have it but they were extremely helpful and found me a solution. Price was much lower than I expected. Also the technician was extremely helpful to the woman in front of me and didn’t charge her at all. Give this store some business if you can.

I went into the Sydney store a week ago for problems with the moisture detection sensor/ USB port on my phone. The gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable, respectful, and solved my issue quickly. In addition, he looked up information in case of other potential issues that may arise. I will gladly return to this shop with my electronics. Thanks again!

I took my wife's iphone 11 into the Sydney store and the tech. installed a new screen and battery. After a couple of days the screen kept freezing up so I took it to the apple store in Halifax and they told me whoever installed the battery and screen put in generic parts and not apple parts and that was the reason the phone was not working properly. After spending $300 at Geebo, I didn't want to spend any more on the phone so now it is sitting in a drawer gathering dust. Very disappointed. THANKS FOR THE OFFER MIKE, BUT UNFORTUNATELY IT'S BEEN OVER 90 DAYS SINCE I HAD THE PHONE IN THERE FOR REPAIRS AND I'M RETIRED AND ON A FIXED INCOME AND I CAN'T REALLY AFFORD TO SPEND MUCH MORE ON THIS PHONE, BUT THANKS FOR THE QUICK RESPONSE
