J'ai un Roto SPA depuis 2007, coût de maintenance et fonctionnement très peu élevé à cause de sa fabrication. Se déplace facilement. J'en achèterai un autre sans hésiter. Le coût électricité pour l'opérer même l'hiver très peu élevé même difficile à croire que je dis le coût. Tout au plus 125.00 par année. Truc mettre de la neige autour du SPA durant l'Hiver un truc d'économie.

For 2 - 5 people in a household and especially kids, This is the one.

Servicing is easy for anyone with mechanical knowledge as Rotospa Cares and will guide you with any questions.

We purchased our spa in March of 2016. It was a gently used tub that was rented out at Christmas from the warehouse. We love it! Mike and the team are great to work with. We got a tour of the whole factory when purchasing, and it feels great to buy a locally made product. In the past two years we have had a few very minor issues with the tub, all covered under warranty. Each time I call, Mike is attentive and immediately sends someone out the same day to take a look. We are SO happy with this hot tub and the service! We use it all the time and have strongly recommended purchasing a Roto Spa over all other tub options to our friends and family. They are extremely easy to maintain, affordable to run and the perfect size for us. The amazing customer service helps too!

We’ve dealt with Rotospa for over 14 years. Any service concerns through the years were assisted with very well. Most recently, I needed to replace the Spa pack and control panel. ( our tub is 14 years old ). With help by phone ( there are no hot tub/spa dealers/repair people in our area or willing to drive to us…we are half way between North Bay and Huntsville ), I replaced the parts myself and all is good. Our tub is running like new.

Horrible customer service. We lost the receipt and are unable to pull a purchase invoice as it was 6 years old. Our warranty on the shell was for 10 years. Since, Rotospa has dropped the warranty on the shell to 5 years. Reading between the lines, it is because these tubs develop cracks and leaks after 5 or 6 years. Ours has cracked by the filter basket after 5-6 years. My parents have one that is also cracked very bad, required repair twice per year, as well as another relative and friend. The tubs are plastic junk, you get what you pay for. NEVER will I be purchasing another, I have tried fixing ours and due to the location of the crack, its still leaking. We now have a scrap tub after 5-6 years of use. Not bad at an average of 1200/yr for use!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND

We have had our tub for just over six months. Love it! Back in July, we made the decision to purchase a hot tub. At that time, delivery was out almost three months! The incredible folks at Roto Spa set us up with a rental and then transitioned us in to owning the unit. Can’t say enough about the customer service, the product and the many hours spent out on the deck in our tub. Love it!

Owned my Rotospa for over 11 years. Love it. Have moved it from house to house. Wouldn't by anything else. There warranty and service is the best experience I have ever had with any company. Locally made product. They really stand behind there warranty when ever I had an issue they took care of it. No questions asked. Should be a 5 star company with 6 star service.
