As someone who has both done work for Fran (contracting and landscaping) as well as been her client for years, I find the two one star reviews rather sad and misleading.

I have seen day after day (I was around for a project that lasted many weeks) how Fran dedicates herself to her business. She puts a lot of effort into her clients and absolutely does her best to reach out when there's any type of issue that needs to be discussed.

I've never had an issue with my taxes with Fran. She is quick, efficient and kind.

Personally, I feel her being potentially "too busy to help" says more about the fact she's doing good business than anything negative about her or her business. As a small business owner, obviously she can only do so much at a time.

Would definitely recommend her services.

Fran's Tax has been one of the absolute worst tax services I have used. I lost money due to her lack on understanding of simple tax matters. She never met or phoned me but instead had others to do so on her behalf, making for a difficult experience. Her emails were sporadic and she took time to respond to me. Total lack of dialogue and I do not recommend Fran's Tax.
