We used to do everything on pen and paper, and it was a pain. Corfix is way easier to use, keeps everything organized, and saves us a ton of time. The customer service is also awesome—always helpful when we need something.

We have encountered several significant challenges with Corfix that have impacted our operations. The platform is notably slow, causing frustration on the administrative side. Additionally, several features we were informed would be available are not yet functional and will not be for nearly another year. There are also persistent glitches in the chat functionality, which poses a major issue for scheduling and communication with our team.

We were informed that reports cannot be exported as PDFs due to "bugs," requiring us to pull reports using alternate methods to ensure data accuracy. Overall, we are very disappointed with the platform's performance and the lack of responsiveness to our feedback.

If you are considering Corfix, we strongly recommend selecting a more established app with a proven track record, as this platform appears to lack the readiness and stability needed for reliable business use.
