I dealt with this company for a personal computer and I have no complaints. Friendly and quick responses to any questions I had. They came and picked up the device and had it back the next morning. I was given an estimate from another store and Agaf came in over $200 cheaper for the same repair. Very satisfied with them.

It's a disgusting place.

There were problems with the laptop, which are very easy to solve (just broke the cooler, you had to order a new one and put it in place of the old one)
The master took the laptop, ruined it, went into those places where there are no problems, scratched the laptop inside and took more money for it. The original problem is not solved - funny.
I'm now very worried that the wizard could have just some spare part from the laptop just replaced with his own and stolen mine - I don't know what to expect.

Deceitful! He appears to be friendly, welcoming and overall genuine but this does not amount to much after my experience. I don’t normally right reviews or complaints in general but I thought it was appropriate considering what others might experience while dealing with Agaf. Upon inspecting my computer, I noticed that many of the parts that weren’t damaged were either swapped or missing. so I did what anyone would do… Confront him, he has not complied with any of my inquiries nor have answered my questions regarding the exchange. The issue with the computer was water damage to the mother board, nothing else. The screen is as replaced with an older model, the serial number of the base of the laptop does not correspond with the one on the computer. Please take into account that I am a 16 year old. who knows maybe he saw an opportunity to replace his inferior parts with relatively new ones at my expense. Nonetheless I feel like I was robbed! This computer was a present given to me by my mom but to him it’s just a means of making money. This is not in any way intended to attack this individual, I’m simply stating what my experience was like. I pray that no one else undergoes what I went through.

The 5 star reviews speak for themselves. He answered my call very quickly and was able to take my PC in immediately. It was 8pm when i had the computer dropped off, and he had it ready by 9am the next day and dropped it off at my home. I have been to a few PC repair places in the city and Said's service sets what the standard should be in PC repair. He knew what the issue was immediately, and provided me with a great personally selected part!
