Chad is a great guy, I brought my phone to him thinking we were going to replace the camera covers on the back. He ordered the parts for me and when he took a look he told me that his assessment was that it was a defect in the camera itself, not the lens cover, and that Apple limited warranty would cover it. He didn't charge me a thing for this and he was right in his assessment. Apple did replace the camera. Chad's a very honest guy and it was very nice of him to give me the information I needed without charge. I don't hope my phone has issues in the future, but if it does, he'll be the first person I call. Thanks a lot Chad.

I thought a new charging port was needed on my phone. Called them up and the part was ordered and in the next day. After dropping off my phone, it was determined that a good cleaning was all that was required. This was done as a courtesy and I got it back in an hour. It is nice to know that honesty and integrity are still around. Highly recommend there services and will not go anywhere else for repairs.

My samsung s20 had a swollen battery that couldn't hold any charge and needed a new battery and a new back glass.

I went to a well known repair shop and got quoted twice as here. They tried to discourage me from having my phone repaired and sell me a second hand - over priced s22 (which I would not know about it's battery status)

Glad I found here. Very fast service. I got both my battery and back replaced for a very reasonable price and paid a lot less than expected. AND I have a one year Warranty on my battery too:)

Amazed and extremely pleased with the level of honesty and reliablility. My phone was not charging so i was thinking the charging system was dead. I dropped it off and in less than 1hr he called me to say your phone is perfect and working well nothing is wrong. If it was someone would have said i fixed this qnd that and give me so much.
At least we still have honest people out there, i found one today.
