"Reliable automated delivery" is not reliable at all. They missed 2 months of deliveries this winter and did not compensate us for the tank running empty. When confronted with the fact that we ran out of oil they defaulted on previous billings from warmer months and referred to their forecasting tool stating that they were worried about overfilling and creating an oil spill. Communicating with the office staff and delivery driver was a headache to say the least.

If I am going to manage my oil tank I may as well save a few bucks and go with a call based service provider.

A team of your experts installed a heat pump in my basement last month and I was impressed. The customer service was excellent! The gentlemen were running a few minutes late due to an expected service call and I was contacted and given another arrival time and they were just minutes ahead of that time! They were considerate of my home and were very tidy when working. When they left there was no sign they had even been here (expect my new heat pump). The technician explained to me how to use the system and what settings he felt would save me the most money. All gentlemen were approachable and worked very efficiently. I will be recommending Wilsons to my friends and will be in touch with you to install other products you offer which are on my wish list! Thanks again! Just a note to thank you for the prompt service we received when it was time to replace our furnace Troy was able to come out when requested & check out the old furnace & determine a new one was required. The workers came quickly & did the necessary work efficiently - leaving the workplace clean & tidy upon completion. The company delivery drivers are very friendly and professional at their job. Initially, I had issue with their customer rep but a very nice lady called from the company to resolve it. Overall the follow up call was it for me, i sincerely appreciate it. Be rest assure if you have any issue with their reps reach out to their supervisor(s) the case will be resolved.

I have recently had a ducted heat pump installed, from the beginning I have to say it was very good experience.
The meeting with Troy for the quote which was very reasonable and not trying to sale us things we didn't require, he was on time and knowledgeable.
The day of the install 2 service guys arrived (Wally & Jamie) very professional knew what they were doing and respectful and pleasant.
I liked to thank the 3 for making it a good experience and recommend anyone who is thinking about installing a heat pump to give Wilson's a call.

Recently decided we would install a heat pump. Right from the first meeting with Troy St. Peters to the actual installation done by Dwayne and his partner we could not have asked for nicer or more knowledgeable, professional people.
