Just had my Mac repaired by Steve Mash at The Mac Clinic. I was so impressed with the repair work he did on my Mac..and I had the worked completed in less than a week with repair costs being extremely reasonable. Also totally impressed with his knowledge on Mac products... "he knows his Macs". Also a very nice & friendly gentleman to deal with. I highly recommend taking your Macs to him, you will not be disappointed you did!!

I have taken several Macs to Steve at the Mac Clinic for repairs and am always very impressed with his service and up front quotes which he always stands by. There are no surprises and when he gives you a date it will be ready - it always is. Highly recommend the Mac Clinic for any work needed on a Mac.

I brought my mac laptop in for a battery replacement and now I don't have to fear that it will stop working when I am in the middle of a meeting. Steve did this job much faster than expected! My iMac is about 5 years old and was running so slow that it was unusable. I first seeked support from the Apple Store. They told me that my iMac was too old and the only option was to replace it with a new one.

I really didn't want to dish out $2K plus on a replacement. I found "The Mac Clinic" and so happy I did. Steve replaced my hard drive and now it is running like it is brand new. I am hoping to get another 5 years out of it.

Everything was done quickly and the price was reasonable. Definitely would recommend "The Mac Clinic"

Steve is extremely personable and professional. He added a 1TB SSD drive and and additional 32 G of RAM to my iMac. It went from slow performance and crashes to running After Effects and other Adobe Suite apps beautifully. I'm a graphic designer and use these apps heavily so this has made my workflow much more efficient and much less frustrating! The work was done extremely quickly and he returned the replaced fusion drive to me. I will definitely be going back to Steve the next time I have any kind of issues with my Mac.

I am happy for the people that had a good experience at the Mac Clinic. Unfortunately, I can not add a positive review. My experience is much closer to the people that have left one star reviews. I initially took my computer to the Apple Store. They said it could be saved but that they didn't deal with computers that were over 7 years old, so to try a third party repair shop. They showed me that the computer could be turned on and used in target mode. I left my IMac with Steve in late February, hoping that he would be able to repair it. We spoke on the phone a couple times and the last time we spoke, he told me to sit tight because he had to order a part. He was not optimistic about the computer but I felt that in the worst case scenario, he would be able to turn my hard drive into a plug in external drive so I could access my information etc. It was at this point that the controversy started. He claims to have called me, but I never received a call or a message or an email. I was travelling in March, and I dragged my heels in April - thinking he was working on it. So when I returned in early May to find out if the computer was repaired - Steve informed me that it was past 60 days and that he had thrown out my computer! I have no idea what he was thinking but this news was a big shock to me. I regretfully made a pretty big scene and the owner of the piano shop came over to mediate. The piano shop owner was incredibly helpful and was somehow able to recover the hard drive for me which had been supposedly thrown out. I would recommend the piano shop but not the Mac Clinic. So sad since I always root for the small businesses.

I'd highly recommend The Mac Clinic - straight up excellent. Steve restored my 2010 iMac and it is up and running like new. The price was more than fair, the service was quick and Steve is incredibly knowledgable.

Going to the Mac Clinic is like getting the quality assurance you'd receive from the Apple store but without the exorbitant pricing or ridiculous policies.
