Bait and switch. They have the higher thc products on display but give you the lower thc product after purchase and then tell you since you have already paid for it, it’s against the law to exchange it. I highly recommend shopping elsewhere if you want what you paid for.
*edit* And to add insult to injury, it turns out it’s broken so that’s great. Never had these issues from any other store. *Update* they somehow had my review removed from view so I am editing and reposting. The people need to know about shady businesses.

This is probably the largest dispensary in Alliston. There is a ton of room for browsing and LP popups/activations.
The store itself is right next to an arcade!

The staff have a small rosin press on site.
This is not yet typical around here and is an additional service you won't find in town.
You can likely buy and press in the same visit.

The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the products they've sourced from OCS.

Cannaco has a few locations in Ontario now but it's always a pleasure to drop in and visit this particular crew

One of the best dispensaries in the city. This hidden gem is located near Shoppers Drug Mart and definitely my favourite one in the area. The staff are super nice and have amazing recommendations based on each persons needs. They really do go above and beyond to ensure that you have a nice shopping experience. They have fantastic deals and a great selection. Shout out to Lea, Chloe and Niki for recommending great products. Staff picks are also highly recommended! Customer service is definitely top notch.

- ipad designated specifically for customers to browse the website.
- They had a customer request binder that they used during customer interactions, however, said products were not often prioritized
- However, no large menu to preview products to customers, which I think Cannaco could really benefit from.
- Often times product was over 6 months old except for new/popular orders
- Often times had very limited supply

- Budtenders were very friendly, knowledgeable, remembered customers, and made great recommendations, especially for good price
- Supervisor and owners made low quality, overpriced recommendations, were often pushy, and not very knowledgable (however, the owners admitted to not being knowledgeable about cannabis so I respect that, but would expect the owners to educate themselves since they created a cannabis industry company)
- Owner’s daughter was a ray of sunshine, very friendly, very knowledgeable, very honest, remembered customers, and made amazing, great priced recommendations

Overall rating: 5/10
- discounts, layouts, and bud tenders make this place worth your while 🙂

All due respect, I hope that with time, effort, education, and using critical feedback from their customers, that they can become a better place for all customers and employees to feel welcome. I wish you and your company the best.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good product prices. Bright and welcoming store. The only issue I have is with their rewards/incentive program. I was misinformed at first, then set straight but despite signing up the staff had difficulty finding my relevant info and I lost points towards discounts. Not a big issue, just a little disorganized and the incentives are weak. I will still go.

Zero stars, male employee is ignorant and management can’t manage a store. Most products break or have gone bad after several days. Pre rolls aren’t even filled up all the way! *Big fart two thumbs down* Terrible 🙂
