Took my money in August advertising for my small business and I have received zero advertising for it despite it now being end of October. They pushed to have me submit to their art department within a few days of signing. I submitted it as requested on time. This was a huge expense for my small business. They seemed sincere,…they gave a slick sales job which I unfortunately fell for ….fast push push push to get my money ….followed by a complete stop at actually doing what they were paid for-to advertise.

LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS AND DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. Our local farmers market, myself, and other small businesses were approached in October 2023 to be part of a reusable shopping bag program for the 2024 farmer's market season. We were all told to move quickly with our designs, and were told the bags were being printed early April 2024. It is now June and the market is in full swing and the bags are no where to be found. We were all swindled.

***Update:
Of course they reached out once they saw a bad review was written. As stated in their other responses, their deadlines and promises mean nothing. Still no bags. This company steals from small businesses.

***FINAL UPDATE.
This whole process started in October 2023. The bags were finally delivered to the market mid September, didn't get my sample bag til October. The ad looks great, but luckily my business didn't need the ad for full farmers market season. I still do not recommend trusting this company.

Our market had a great experience with the MARC Group's bagvertising program. Alex was great to work with, took care of all the advertising partners quickly and with no work on our end while also keeping our preferences and needs in mind. The graphic design department was great to work with, went through multiple proofs with us until it was perfect for our design. Can't wait to hand our bags out on the market!

My wife was contacted about having an ad placed on a bag for a local farmer's market for the 2024 season in October of 2023. They were supposed to be printed and delivered by April 2024. It's now the end of August- the farmer's market is closed for the season in just over a month- and there are no bags to be seen. They recently promised that would send her a sample bag to prove they were working on it- it was never sent.

They say that their agreement shows that the bags may be delivered later than the estimated date, which sure, I understand could be possible- but it's over 4 months late at this point and if you look at the other reviews here they repeatedly do this.

UPDATE: The bags did arrive and the sample arrived too. But it's almost an entire year later (October 2024). The farmer's market only last for a few more weeks. I would not recommend this service unless you're *really* not in a rush or trying to make a schedule work.

I paid to have my business on a community farmers market bag in my town in December of 2023. The market started in May of 2024. It is now almost July, the market is half over as it ends in early October, and still do not have a delivery date for when the bags will arrive to the market for distribution. My sales rep left and I had -0- follow-up from anyone at the Marc Group letting me know that the bags were delayed. I found out because I went to the first and second weekend markets and no bags were available. I emailed and was sent an email stating that production and shipping issues have been the issue. As others have stated, I should have read the reviews. I will be filing a formal BBB complaint and also talking to the media and others about this company and their false advertising to clients. Especially since their target market is small businesses that they are taking advantage of. Changes need to be made since it is the same issues talked about by many others.

Have had a few good experiences with this company in the past and was just contacted to do the Central York bagvertising program, I said yes. It is great to have my business ad circulating on reusable bags in central York. Thanks for all you do for local business.
