Not impressed, 2 visits to install a receiver, paid 50 dollars each visit, installer connected old receiver instead of new one, manager told me installer would be here at 11am, no show as of 1145, so called and manager was rude and said he didn't say he would be there at 11am...bottom line save your money and get someone that is knowlegable, keep the 100 bucks, you just lost a customer. Reading your reviews, explains why you hang up on people, will be on facebook informing people how you are scamming senior citizens.

Do not take anything to be repaired to this place, they had my phone for over a month , didn't repair it after all that time broke the back of phone so in worse shape then when it went in , and didn't give back all the money owed, avoided phone calls and text wasted time having to drive it there to get answers there many other places to get things fixed then this place . I will not let the community be taken advantage of by poor business practices this is only the first step in making sure they are out of business as soon as possible.

This is not a fake review as per owner 's reply, if anyone believes this person or anyone that can't take ownership for their incompetence then you will find out the hard way for yourself.

Hogan is one of the most genuine down to earth people. Went in this past week looking for a lap top charger since I had forgotten mine at the office. Unfortunately he did not have one however offered me to take his personal one free of charge to use for the day. People like this are few and far between he saved me two hours of a comute inorder to get mine. Would not hesitate to use this place again

Left 3 sentimentally valuable vcr tapes to have copied onto discs but was told they’d have to be sent away off premises for a quote. We were contacted with a price of $300.00 so we said no thanks and than spent the next 6 months trying to get our tapes back. Apparently lost somewhere, the owner kept blowing us off and was very rude every time we called and we tried numerous times to drop in but store always closed. We were heart broken because these tapes contained baby footage of our now adult grandchildren and deceased parents and of our wedding. Finally, they were, “suddenly” found after over 6 months. We took them to Staples and had all 3 done for less than $100.00 with tax. Very disappointed the service here. And as per owner’s comment I absolutely did not make a mistake it was here we took our tapes.
