My lakeside deck needed to be renovated because the wood had rotten beyond repair. Jacek (Jack) came over to evaluate the options and made sure to keep anything that was still good, to keep the cost down! He was very open and took the time to explain the options and prices. He also recommended aluminum panels under the deck to ensure the water would slide off, which already helped reduce the basement humidity!! I went with composite boards and aluminum railings. Jacek reached out as they could start the work earlier than planned, completed the work within the estimated time and sent regular updates (as I was not on site)! Outstanding job!!

Jack is a very reliable contractor. He came to do a quote on our deck and the price was very reasonable. He came to work with his crew and from the very beginning they started doing an efficient job with the old deck demolition. We were so impressed with the speed of the process we couldn't believe that our deck was done in a few days and it was done very well. Everything is very sturdy and looks better than we expected. The deck was built from 100% plastic boards, not composite, so we didn't expect that it will be built so well because not many contractors have an experience with that kind of material for decking. Because of Jack's work ethic and the way the project progressed we added another job for Jack to rebuild our porch. Afterwards we wanted Jack to get rid of our pavers and make them into a poured concrete walkway. So I would say the Jack is a full service contractor who can build anything (just ask and he will make it happen), and really knows what he's doing. He has a very professional machinery setup to do everything and he is very pleasant to deal with and easy to communicate with. I thank you very much Jack for such a wonderful job!

Highly recommend this company ! I needed a 2 decks done at my house. I tried a few companies and didnt feel comfortable. After a few no shows and the ones that did show up I wasn't comfortable with as I felt their knowledge was from a YouTube video , I found JB construction. We made an appointment and the owner Jack was on time and very Knowledgeable. I hired his company and could not be happier . Very professional, on time and very reasonable.
Went much smoother than I anticipated! I highly recommend Jack and his crew at JB construction! You will not be disappointed
