I’d give negative stars if I could, but it won’t allow me. These guys ruined a 4000 square foot floor because of “plant failure”. Then proceeded to tell me that stuff happens and it was not their fault. Also fraudulently charged my card the day before the pour (unauthorized), so I had no recourse. Dave the dispatcher was a nightmare to deal with. I have heard they have done this to other contractors as well. I do not recommend these guys. Very unprofessional and just want your money. Stay away. Call PS Ready Mix.

Dave in dispatch had great communication skills and was easy to work with. Rick the truck driver was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend - will use Sarjeant again.
