I have been using Digitronics for several years now for my computer repairs and upgrades. The other night I spilled water on my computer - not good!!!!
I took it to George who informed me that he could fix it but maybe a newer computer might be a better choice. My old MAC was from 2008.
Long story short, I agreed and he was able to find me a 2017 for not much more than it would have cost to fix the old one.
I have always been satisfied and impressed with his friendly, efficient service but this time he outdid himself.
He found a new/old, not a scratch on it, perfect computer for me for less than he quoted. A new hyper speed, state of the art machine would be lost on me as I am pretty much a techno-peasant who needs to use a computer for work.

Went in with my mother in law who needed a new laptop. Box stores wanted way too much for what she really needed. George took the time to go over several options and found the best solution for her. Laptop works great and and pricing was in line with her budget. Thank you for making purchase easy and trouble free.

First time here picking up a ups package and the owner asked multiple times what was in the package, argued about the validity of the signature on my ID. Second trip to pick up a different package and the store is closed. The owner is not there and will not be until 4pm. He then laughed and hung up on my partner. I called back when they returned home and was told if I'm unhappy he's the only ups pick up in town and said I could pick my package up in Kingston if it wasn't for him.

The conditions of his shop perfectly reflect the service he provides. It stinks of mould and mildew inside of Digitronics. After the way he has treated us on multiple occasions I wouldn't take a calculator here to get the battery changed.

Store hours listed are wrong. They’re closed Fridays now too. Terrible pick up location for UPS because it’s rarely open.

Edit: as you can see by his reply the owner needs to learn some customer service because UPS is the only thing keeping him in business right now. Very rude store owner and I advise everyone to stay away. UPS needs to choose a different store for their pick up location

I will never recommenf this place to anyone ever again
I was previously going to this place to get a charger cord for my daughters laptop.
I went to see him last December 2017 and purchased what he told me was a new charger. The charger quit working on June 13 th of 2018, so I went, and purchased another cord. He told me the cord was new, so I asked him if he could give me a warranty. He gave me a 6 month warranty and wrote it on my receipt.
On December 5 th the charger quit working AGAIN. I took my receipt, the charger and the box the charger came in back to his store and explained it quit working again, and showed him the receipt showing the 6 month warranty. He told me the warranty was up, I reminded him I was still within a week of the warranty expiring. He told me the charger was fine, and it was my computer that was no good. He told me he works on Apple products all the time and he knows it’s my computer not the charger cord. I again asked him if he was going to replace the cord he said no.
I left and had to purchase another charger elsewhere. I took it home, and it worked great on the computer and charged it no problem. I called Digitronics and told him it WAS NOT my computer and the cord I just purchased was charging the computer no problems. He started to still deny there was an issue with his charger. I told him I would never go to his place again. I took the charger I purchased from him to another store that deals with laptops they said the charger was no good. It did not work.
I was trying to do this man a favour and support his business but never again. I will take my business elsewhere and never refer this place to anyone.

When I asked for a receipt for my package he said he would email it, when I didnt recieve the receipt after 3 weeks I called and was told too bad and if I dont like it go somewhere else. Extremely rude. Worst UPS drop off I have ever used. Went to drop off parcel on Saturday and store was closed.

Awesome service there, owner was so helpful I was sending courier via UPS for first time and he helped with every step very nicely. And we just have them having service for UPS in Brockville and that’s awesome.

This place doesn’t even get a star! I took my laptop to them they returned it to me not working after I paid 200.00 to replace a cracked screen. It was returned with the picture not right. I brought it back to him and that was a week and a half ago. I called him today and he hung up on me 3 times!!!! Do not go here they are AWFUL not to mention rude beyond belief!!!!!
