Picked up a vanity, which I installed into the cottage effortlessly. Clean and functional. Wife is looking for leaks.

Patron helper was very friendly and willing to help 100%, we got it into the vehicle no prob BOB.

#2 I really would like to see a table/chairs set up so kids/adults do they do not have to sit on the cement floor but especially for myself or other parents. I am a senior and I am trying to show my grandkids a good time and I cannot sit on the cement floor due to chronic pain issues. I was provided a Muskoka chair but it was hard to get up and down from it to help kids.

Trying to get ahold of anyone is a joke. They have the automated phone line which makes it impossible to get a representative, then when you finally are transferred no one answers. Waited over 20 minutes on hold to never speak to anyone.

If I could give a 0 Rating I would. I built a place in PAB and years ago it was great to order from here. Now you cant get a hold of anyone, you get passed around, hung up on, out for lunch etc. Home Depot needs to get rid of whoever manages this store.
1) ordered caulking over phone. Paid for. Got call back saying they got different ones and credit will be on HD gift Card. Got a call to pick up. Go in stood in line 4 people. Then told order wasnt in but Gift card is over there. Guy walks over and says meet me here in 5 minutes. I go walk around come back and hes there. Back at prodesk. I go over and wait in line. Then he tells me he sent someone to get it. So I go purchase other stuff at Service desk. When done I stood for another 10 minutes waiting. Then left.
2) Go back another time ask for my card same thing waited, left. Now given up on my gift card not worth the hassle
3) Call to order more caulking, hung up on, passed around, finally someone but told me Prodesk is on lunch lol. Left number. They called back didn't get it in time. Called back, same thing then got Service Desk telling me Prodesk is busy. I told them forget it I will buy stuff in the city or from Home Hardware now

This place is the most ridiculous place Ive been to for building materials. I will try to not purchase from here again. Ive spent thousands building my 2800sf cottage

Ordered ceiling tiles twice and have not received anything. Reached out to Home Depot via instagram and they helped me initially but since October 1 no response. Awaiting for refund or product this has delayed my project a lot.

Most pathetic systems and level of service in yhe Lumber/building supplies. In store experience good. They have absolutely ZERO people I'm the yard that can lift 1 end of a 2"×4" ..slow and never have stock available too get picked. Always waiting for the ONE lift driver.

I ordered a gazebo online for in-store pick up. I paid for it with Home Depot gift cards offered through a third-party app. When a friend went to get the gazebo in the store, it was out of stock. I was not able to purchase another one until the gift cards were refunded. This could take a few days...when I called back later in the afternoon to discuss a solution, the manager, Andy, made me an offer of another gazebo, and I asked if he would hold it for me until the gift cards were refunded. He said absolutely. Although an unfortunate situation, it was handled with the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. I worked in retail for many years and this is the kind of service I always provided. No hassles, enough people knew about it, and when I had the refund, I got the new gazebo and even bought some chairs because the service was exceptional. And Don didn't even need a ladder to get them! Thank you to Andy and the staff who assisted me at the Parry Sound store. I'd give a 10-star review if I could!
Now Hydropool Spas needs to take some lessons from the customer service shown to me, (especially when paying cash for a $60k pool spa. HD you put them to absolute shame!)

We were attending a family function in Parry Sound in our RV and found we had no fresh water and needed to fill our tank on a Friday night.
By chance I went into the Home Depot to ask for assistance and they instantly said yes, and escorted me to an outside city water tap.
I was so impressed by the small town, friendly response I received.
Many thanks to Parry Sound's Home Depot, and the person that assisted.
It's gestures such as this that reassures me there are still good people out there.
