Still trying to get cabs for the past three days and still they won't send a cab out to Shawanaga. The Woman just hangs up!!! 😡🤬🤬🤬 ridiculous can't even get cabs out here now !! Had a cab a few days ago come here yet I can't get one!!! Ridiculous how is this company still around? How is the receptionist still working after being so critical and rude .I called today and yesterday no cabs , long wait I even waited yesterday no cab shower up had a cab reserved for today at 8am the operator just hung up and said it's gonna be an hour or so and hung again I have called some times and nothing.

Terrible attitude and service of driver and the receptionist. We took ride from beach to home in parry sound and I mentioned to Lary the driver that we’ll pay by cash. He asked us ‘how are you paying’ 3 times in our 6 minutes of drive. While he stopped at the signal, he asked for the payment. I said do you want to take payment now? In the middle of the road? And he said yes I want it now. It was extremely rude, inappropriate of him to ask us three times for payments and in middle of the road. I called the receptionist to explain the behaviour and she said it is okay for him to ask for payment upfront whenever he wants. Amazing service!

A 45-minute wait for the first taxi and I've been waiting about an hour for the second one. The cab I was in was filthy and reeked of cigarette smoke, despite No Smoking stickers on every door. The driver was a sad sack who told me that the wait to checkout at my destination would be very long (it wasn't) and said the same about an alternate destination. This town needs Uber badly. This is a perfect example of what happens when a taxi company has a monopoly in a small town. I'm at a supermarket and I'm just glad I didn't buy ice cream, because I'd have to throw it away after this wait.
