I cancelled my subscription 2 years ago (I had to do it twice) and they are sending a collection agency after me. No way to connect to the company except online which requires you to set up a new account. No way to speak to anyone on the phone. Not brutal service. No service.

The Company once had innovative products and sound customer service. However, they now routinely invoice for substantial orders I never requested, collect amounts on an unauthorized basis from my payment methods and pass you around like a ping pong ball internally because the majority of the staffers don’t have decision making abilities to reverse their inaccurate billings and unauthorized collections. Buyer beware with this Company, it’s not what it once way.

I have had absolutely horrible customer service and no help from this company. We have tried repeatedly to cancel our account and they do not respond and have not returned calls, emails, and couriered requests to cancel our account. They are not trustworthy. I wanted to warn others of this issue. It almost appears like this is a fraudulent website and business.

One of the worst customer service I have ever seen. I got a subscription, because I hired help and the help left without nitice. I assumed the price of the subscription, because I had no choice. Even though I was a client for years they wouldn’t cancel it. However I told them right away, in March 2024, I didn’t want to renew it. The guy said he would make sure to cancel it. We are now 6 months later, I contact the agent in my file to confirm my renewal was cancelled. She was on vacation. One or two weeks later, I receive the invoice for the renewal. I then contact the emergency contact in my agent automated response and a Sophie Senecal keeps answering me I had to cancel 30 days before the renewal. She didn’t offer any help, just stuck to her 30 days policy and referred elsewhere, while 6 months is 6 times 30 days. I was plenty within the time range they ask for. Now I have to find the proof to defend myself against them, because the agent didn’t keep his promise to me 6 months ago and because the usual bad customer service at Wolters Kluwer keeps being their policy.

And I got a new licence yesterday, but they charge me for the last four months while I didn't have the licence and my employee wasn't even working for me and being productive using that licence.... How can they do that? I will file a complaint and see where it leads, but this is unacceptable.

Cannot select 0 stars.. 20 years and as soon as Cantax was purchased by these guys, everything went wrong. This year was the last straw 20% increase and when calling them their phone number does not work.. "our phone system is currently not taking calls"

No Support unless you create a profile and submit ticket. Before you used to call and talk with someone right away"

After 10+ years with Wolters Kluwer, CCH iFirm is a disaster. Support is nonexistent, and issues are always dismissed with "no, can't do."

Very hard to get service.I made a paymentt $3339.15.on November 4th 2024 by bank transfer. They have still not credited my accoint.
