Very efficient and quick. I needed a police check for an overseas visa which involved many steps and confusion, and Reliability Screening made it all very clear. The procedure is pricey but it is all handled very professionally and they were always available to reply promptly to my questions. As soon as my fingerprints arrived to Reliability Screening's office, they were sent to RCMP right away and in less than a week I received the results. Thank you!

Great service, went there before appointment but still they accommodated.
It was very quick process less than 10 minutes in & out.
Verified the online form details & provided fingerprints.
The operator Leahcurrie was awesome, she was providing instructions very clearly.

Only one thing, this office has a separate entrance on the right side of the building, do check the pictures I have attached to make sure you are going in the right place.

Fantastic service. Fast, efficient, awesomely flawless service. This was my second time visiting the Richmond location as my first time was super efficient. This location is small and quiet. First time for PR, second for Citizenship purposes. Staff very friendly and very clear on explaining the process. Highly recommend this location 100%
