I can't recommend The Board Repair Guy highly enough! We came across and old smashed phone we had forgot we had in the house. The screen was completely smashed and wouldn't turn on, but we wanted to try and get some old photos off of it. Greg came to the rescue with incredible skill and efficiency!

Firstly, his communication was outstanding. He kept me updated throughout the entire process, explaining each step in a way that was easy to understand, which really put my mind at ease, and at the end of his process went above and beyond to protect our data.

Lastly, his turnaround time was lightning fast. I expected it to take weeks as we weren't in a rush, but he had them recovered and ready for me in less than a week. His expertise and dedication to his work are truly commendable.

Excellent service and communication. There was some major damage to my external hard drive which contained all our photos for the last 16 years (wedding, children's photos, other milestones). I was devastated thinking I would lose everything but in the end, Greg was not only able to recover almost all the photos but he was great in keeping me in the loop during the week while he was doing the repair. He also spent time answering my many questions and provided recommendations. I would definitely recommend The Board Repair Guy!!
